Shalini's Journey So Far
​​Shalini is a seasoned professional in the IT industry with 20 years of invaluable experience leading technology, product development, and people management across the Banking, Healthcare, E-Commerce, Service, and Telecom sectors.
She is well-versed in managing the product portfolios, driving growth strategy, conducting research and analysis, and crafting strategies that have transformed the growth of numerous organisations. Her career includes roles at Amazon, J.P.Morgan, Publicis Sapient, Optum Health (UHG), and TCS. Currently, she serves as a consulting partner and advisory board member to several startups.
Leadership at J.P. Morgan
As Vice President of Engineering in Corporate Investment Banking of J P Morgan, Shalini led multi-million dollar banking application projects for the CRM platform and orchestrated migrations to cloud-based solutions like AWS. Overseeing projects worth more than $50 million, she delivered significant cost efficiencies and business growth. She also earned an AWS Solution Architect and TOGAF Level-1 certification to formalise her expertise. Shalini thrived in J.P. Morgan's high-pressure environments, where she consistently empowered teams and delivered transformative results.
Innovative Impact at Amazon
In her role as a Strategic Technology Leader at Amazon, Shalini developed innovative, multi-million dollar solutions that reshaped the shopping experience for billions of customers across 19 global marketplaces, including the U.S., U.K., and Europe. Her proficiency in Cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning drove transformative projects, backed by her AWS Machine Learning Speciality Certification.
